WATER BLASTER SOLUTIONS FOR BUILDING WASHING & PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
A large, well known facility management company operating in Auckland City approached Kerrick with a need for a trailer mounted water blaster. The water blaster needed to be heavy duty and reliable as it would be used for contracted commercial and industrial building washing and property maintenance. Having purchased a similar pressure cleaner from Kerrick before they could be confident the custom built product would be fit for purpose.
Taking into account the client’s facility management cleaning applications and the hard working life the unit would likely have, Kerrick set about designing and building a pressure washer system to suit their needs. The trailer mounted water blaster featured an Interpump pump coupled via gearbox to a GX690 Honda motor. Operating at 3000 psi and 30 lpm this pressure washer system has the power tackle the tough cleaning jobs without causing damage to properties. The trailer was fitted with a large 450 litre water tank and a hose reel with 20m of feeder hose. It also came with 50m of 3/8” high pressure hose on a reel, a gun with 1200mm lance and a nozzle for property maintenance work. Kerrick also supplied the client with a 20” Stainless steel whirl-a-way surface cleaner for cleaning larger areas such as driveway’s and parking lots.
